80V 100A Boom Lift Battery Charger
The EPC80100 onboard charger features a built-in CAN interface for communication with the BMS and VCU, offering stable performance, reliable safety, a compact structure, comprehensive protection functions, and strong vibration resistance. It uses an air-cooling system for heat dissipation and meets the IP66 protection standard. The AC-DC onboard charger converts a wide-range single-phase AC input from the charging port into high-quality DC power to charge the vehicle’s traction battery, supporting up to 10kW of continuous charging power. During the charging process, the onboard charger responds to voltage and current commands from the BMS and provides status feedback, enabling self-diagnosis. It is suitable for various electric drive vehicles.
