72V 80A Boom Lift & Forklift Battery Charger

The EPC7280 is a high-power charger with stable performance, reliable safety, and a compact design. It converts a wide-range single-phase AC input into high-quality DC power to charge the vehicle’s traction battery, supporting up to 6KW of continuous charging power. During the charging process, the onboard charger responds to the voltage and current commands from the Battery Management System (BMS) and provides status feedback, enabling self-diagnosis. The charger uses an air-cooling system for heat dissipation and meets the IP66 protection standard. It is equipped with a CAN interface for communication with the BMS and Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), and is compatible with various lithium batteries. Users can control the AC input current via a power selection pin to meet different power requirements. The EPC7280 is widely used in new energy vehicles, aerial work platforms, electric forklifts, and other similar applications.
